Lake Panorama, every bit as scenic as its name implies. The showpiece of the resort is the 18-hole golf course. Two outdoor
tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool round out the recreational facilities. Clover Ridge is only four blocks away is
Lake Panorama, where you can enjoy a beach, fishing and a 38-mile bike trail. Within a 45-minute drive of the resort is Des
Moines, Iowa's capital, offering many restaurants, shops, and nightspots.

- Each unit at Clover Ridge is air-conditioned and includes a TV/DVD, telephone, sink, full refrigerator and a microwave.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa (in same room).
- 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleep sofa, a full kitchen, a fireplace
and a washer/dryer.
- 3 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sleep sofa, a full kitchen, a fireplace and a washer/dryer.
- Guests are required to climb 5-7 stairs to access some units.
- There are no elevators.
- Bike rental is available on-site, but the resort does not offer golf rental equipment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The outdoor pool is seasonal.
- The lake nearby is private (no boat rentals available). Guests may launch personal boats for a fee.
- If you anticipate check-in after 05:00 PM, please call the resort in advance for late check-in procedures.

From the Des Moines Airport, turn right on Fleur Drive and then turn right onto Army Post Road. Make a right onto I-35 and
exit at Highway 141 (Perry). Turn right and continue to Highway 44. Make a left onto Highway 44 and follow to Panora.

- If you are unable to arrive during check-in hours, you must notify the resort in advance to make arrangements.
- Many amenities are seasonal from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- If confirming into the resort less than 72 hours in advance you must call resort to verify reservation and check in.
- The resort is currently having problems with Magnesium and Iron in the water. This is causing a brown color and can stain
clothes when washing but should be resolved shortly.
