Clover Ridge is located in a region of hills, valleys, and unspoiled woodlands. And in the center of it all is 1,500-acre Lake Panorama, every bit as scenic as its name implies. The showpiece of the resort is the 18-hole golf course. Two outdoor tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool round out the recreational facilities. Clover Ridge is only four blocks away is Lake Panorama, where you can enjoy a beach, fishing and a 38-mile bike trail. Within a 45-minute drive of the resort is Des Moines, Iowa's capital, offering many restaurants, shops, and nightspots.

• Each unit at Clover Ridge is air-conditioned and includes a TV/DVD, telephone, sink, full refrigerator and a microwave.
• Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa (in same room).
• 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleep sofa, a full kitchen, a fireplace and a washer/dryer.
• 3 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 3 queen beds, 1 queen sleep sofa, a full kitchen, a fireplace and a washer/dryer.
• Guests are required to climb 5-7 stairs to access some units.
• There are no elevators.
• Bike rental is available on-site, but the resort does not offer golf rental equipment.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The outdoor pool is seasonal.
• The lake nearby is private (no boat rentals available). Guests may launch personal boats for a fee.
• If you anticipate check-in after 05:00 PM, please call the resort in advance for late check-in procedures.
