SunBay Resort is set on the shores of Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and just eight miles from historic Bath House
Row. This Southern retreat offers you both quiet seclusion and a full line of recreational facilities. Fitness enthusiasts
rave about the resort's health club that features Nautilus equipment, an indoor pool, two racquetball courts, saunas and whirlpools.
Outdoors, there are two pools and four lighted tennis courts. Hot Springs National Park is a short drive away and offers 4,800
acres for hiking and horseback riding. For golfers, there is an 18-hole course only five miles away from SunBay Resort.

- Each unit is air-conditioned and features a television. Some units (L300 series) have partial kitchens with a dishwasher,
microwave oven and refrigerator. Other units have full kitchens. Some units also have a fireplace, a washer/dryer and a whirlpool.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 2) have 1 bath and 1 Murphy bed.
- One bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 Murphy bed; or 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa.

The nearest major airport is in Little Rock, 60 miles away. From the airport, take I-440 west to I-30 west. Continue to
Highway 70 west to Hot Springs. Turn left (south) on Highway 7 (Central Avenue) and proceed about eight miles. SunBay Resort
is on the right side of the road, just before the bridge. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

- A $50 security deposit in cash or credit card is required at check in. Cash is returned fifteen days after check out. The
resort charges $20 for late check out.
- If arriving after 5 pm, call the resot for late check in insructions
- Many area attractions and restaurants are closed during the off-season, as well as some amenities at the resort.
- All unit assignments are final.
