The nearest major airport is 18 miles awayin Daytona Beach. From the airport, go west to I-95, south 14 miles to Highway
44 and then east six miles to the resort. The Orlando International Airport is approximately 60 miles away. From the airport,
follow the signs to 528 East/Beeline Expressway. Follow 528 East (toll road) to I-95 North. Follow I-95 North to
Highway 44 East/New Smyrna Beach Exit. Take Highway 44 East to A1A. Turn south on A1A and follow to the resort.

- Guest checking in must be twenty one years of age or older
- A safe fee of $8 per week is mandatory.
- All unit assignments are final at check in.
- Studio units are very small and are suited for two adults and small child although they can sleep four people
- The resort is unable to honor upgrade requests.
- From May 1st through November 1st of each year, the blinds on the windows must be closed from sunset to sunrise for the protection
of the nesting sea turtles. This is asked of guests in order to comply with the Federal Endangered Species Act.
