Cancun International Airport is 20 miles (32 km) from the Resort. From the Airport,turn right on Highway 307 towards Playa
del Carmen. After passing Puerto Morelos (10 min later) you will see the amazing Mayan Arc that welcomes you to the Resort.

- One in five year rule strictly enforced as a Group Rule. Two units maximum either concurrent or consecutive allowed.
- Guest certificate required on the second unit confirmed or if member is not traveling. Violations will be cancelled.
- Close date confirmations made forty eight hours prior to the check in date are not accepted.
- A state lodging tax of two percent will charged during check out.
- Some restaurants will be closed until further notice.
- Mayan Owners traveling to Mayan must deposit an ownership week to exchange.
- Hotel units are recommended for 2 Adults & 2 Children ages 12 and under, 1BR units are recommended for 3 Adults & 2 Children
