include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a steam room, a workout facility and tennis courts. Other things to do in and
around the resort include hiking, fishing, biking and cross country skiing. World class downhill skiing is directly across
the street at Attitash and Bear Peak. Summer fun starts with the New England favorite, Alpine Slide, and continues with golfing,
fine dining and tax-free outlet shopping.

- All units are air-conditioned and have color TVs with either a VCR or DVD and a gas fireplace. One, two and three bedroom
units have full kitchens and a washer/dryer. Studio units with a max occupancy of 4 have a partial kitchen and washer/dryer.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 2 or 4) have 1 bath with a spa tub, 1 queen wall bed and 1 queen sleep sofa.
- One bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths (one with 2-person spa tub), 1 king bed, 1 queen wall bed and 1 queen

FROM BOSTON: take I-95 N. Bear left beforethe Portsmouth, NH, Exit onto Spaulding Tpke, which becomes Rte 16. Continue N on
Rte 16 to Conway. Go through the 4-way intersection, take next left and continue on Rte 16 through N Conway Village and into
Bartlett. At the junction of Rte 16 and 302 in Glen, go through the traffic light, staying on Rte 302. The resort is approximately
3 miles on the right across from Attitash Bear Peak. FROM CONCORD: Take I-93 N. At Exit 23, take Rte 104 E toMeredith. Take
Rte 25 E to Rte 16. Turn left on Rte 16 and continue to Conway. (follow above from Conway). FROM PORTLAND:take Rte 302 W to
Rte 16 through N Conway

- Some units have stairs and there is no elevator. If you have special needs feel free to call one of our vacation guides.
They will do their best to find you a unit or resort that is special needs accessible.
- The resort's restaurant is closed from mid April until mid May, and also in early November.
- The resort is currently undergoing ongoing construction of new units. There may be heavy machinery and construction noise.
The resort cannot honor unit upgrades or change requests. All units are non smoking. Guests staying less than 7 nights will
be charged a housekeeping fee. Some units are across a busy street from main lodge.
