Pay no booking fees.
We don't charge booking fees. This means the price you see is the price you'll get without any hidden costs. It's that simple!
100% refund.
You will receive a 100% refund when you cancel up to 3 calendar days (CST) before your arrival date. And, in the unfortunate event you cannot go on your trip, call us during normal business hours (Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST, Saturday: 10:00 AM EST – 3:00 PM EST) and we will do our best to help you transfer your booking to a friend or family member – subject to the resort’s approval - at no additional cost. If you need check-in assistance, you can call us any time 24-hours a day, 7 days a week at: 877-782-9387. Have your confirmation number available and our team will do their best to help resolve check-in issues with the resort.
